Digit Sparx Private Limited is a technology and digital services company. The large majority of what we deliver – websites, mobile apps, software systems, CRM/ERP platforms, AI automation, WhatsApp automation, and marketing assets – is digital in nature. As a result, there is no physical courier shipment involved in most engagements, and this policy explains how digital delivery, timelines, and handover actually work.
Typical deliverables include live websites and web applications, mobile app builds submitted to app stores or shared as installable files, custom software and admin panel access, CRM/HRMS/School ERP system access, AI agent or chatbot configurations, source code and documentation where applicable, and marketing assets such as creatives, campaign setups, and reports. The exact deliverables for a project are defined in the applicable proposal or scope document.
Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the proposal stage based on the agreed scope and an assumption of timely client input. Timelines are typically expressed in project stages (for example: design approval, development, testing, and go-live) rather than a single fixed date, since digital projects usually progress through client review at each stage.
Digital delivery depends heavily on timely client approvals, content submission, and feedback. Delays in providing website content, product data, app store developer accounts, brand assets, or stage-wise approvals will directly extend the delivery timeline. We flag such dependencies clearly during the project so responsibility for any resulting delay stays transparent to both sides.
Where a project includes domain registration, hosting setup, SSL certificates, email configuration, or similar third-party activations, these are subject to the respective provider's own processing and propagation timelines (for example, DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours). Digit Sparx coordinates these steps but cannot control the internal processing time of domain registrars, hosting providers, or certificate authorities.
In the limited cases where a project includes a physical component – such as printed branding material, a physical access kit, or hardware coordinated as part of a specific engagement – dispatch and delivery timelines for that physical component will be communicated separately and are not covered by standard digital project timelines.
On completion, deliverables are handed over through a clear handover process: shared access credentials, documentation, source files (where included in scope), and a final walkthrough or confirmation email. We recommend clients review and confirm receipt of all deliverables at handover, since this marks the point from which our Support Policy and warranty-style bug-fix window (as defined in the specific proposal) begins.
Digit Sparx is not responsible for delivery delays caused by late client feedback or approvals, incomplete or delayed content/assets, third-party platform downtime or policy changes (including app stores, payment gateways, hosting providers, or domain registrars), or force majeure events outside our reasonable control. Where such delays occur, we will communicate the revised timeline as soon as it is known.
This policy is designed to support clear expectations around digital delivery and does not constitute a guarantee of specific delivery dates, which remain subject to the factors described above.
