As our work involves dedicated planning, effort, and allocation of resources, we follow a clear Refund & Cancellation Policy as outlined below.

1. No Refund Once the Project Has Started

Once the project has commenced (after approval of quotation / proforma invoice and advance payment), no refund is applicable, regardless of the stage of completion.

2. Cancellation by Client

If the client cancels the project at any stage after initiation, the client remains liable to pay the full agreed project cost as per the quotation or approved proposal. Any advance payment made is strictly non-refundable.

3. No Refund Due to Client Delays or Non-Response

If the project is delayed, paused, or abandoned due to client-side issues (such as lack of content, delayed approvals, unavailability, or non-response), no refund will be provided. The project will still be considered billable as per agreed terms.

4. Milestones & Payment Terms

Projects may be divided into milestones for convenience. All milestone payments must be cleared as per agreed dates. Digit Sparx reserves the right to pause work, withhold delivery, or restrict access in case of pending payments.

5. Subscriptions, Retainers & SaaS Plans

For subscription-based services (such as SEO retainers, AMC, hosting, maintenance, or SaaS product plans), once a billing cycle has started, no refund or credit is applicable for the ongoing period, even if the client chooses to discontinue early.

6. Change of Scope

Any major changes requested by the client after project kick-off may impact timelines and cost. Such changes will be treated as change requests and charged additionally. These do not qualify as a reason for refund.

7. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as:

8. Force Majeure

Digit Sparx is not liable for delays, failures, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or hosting outages, pandemics, government actions, or third-party service failures.

9. Disputes & Legal Jurisdiction

In case of payment disputes or unpaid dues, Digit Sparx reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal recovery actions. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

10. Acceptance of this Policy

By engaging with Digit Sparx Pvt. Ltd., approving any quotation or proposal, or making an advance payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
