Once the project has started (after the acceptance of quotation/proforma invoice and initial payment), no refunds will be provided — regardless of the stage of completion.
This policy applies to all categories of our services, including but not limited to:
If a client cancels the project at any point after initiation, the client shall remain liable to pay the entire agreed project cost, as per the quotation/proforma invoice.
Any advance amount paid shall be non-refundable. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full, even if the project is not completed at the client’s request.
Example: If a website development project costs ₹50,000 and the client has paid ₹25,000 in advance, and then cancels the project midway, the remaining ₹25,000 balance remains fully payable.
If the project is delayed, paused, or abandoned due to the client’s unavailability, delayed feedback, lack of content, or approvals, no refund will be applicable.
The project will remain billable as per agreed cost and timeline.
All projects require advance payment as mentioned in the quotation/proforma invoice.
Subsequent milestone payments must be cleared as per agreed terms, irrespective of any cancellation.
Digit Sparx reserves the right to withhold delivery or handover of work in case of non-payment of any milestone or balance amount.
For subscription-based services (e.g., SEO, hosting, maintenance, AMC, SaaS products), no refunds are applicable once the billing cycle has started.
Early termination by the client will not result in any refund or credit.

In case of non-payment of outstanding project amounts after cancellation, Digit Sparx reserves the right to initiate legal recovery proceedings and claim additional costs including legal and administrative charges.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
By engaging with Digit Sparx Pvt. Ltd., approving any quotation or proforma invoice, or making an advance payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
